Fleming
Shane is a Senior Recruitment Consultant who specialises in construction recruitment across Ireland. With over three years' experience in a full 360 recruitment role, he has developed expertise in business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and relationship management.
Shane works closely with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, offering guidance and expertise across a range of construction disciplines. Taking a consultative and relationship-driven approach, he provides support at every stage of the recruitment journey, from initial career discussions and interview preparation through to offer management and onboarding.
