Having joined FRS Recruitment in 2015, she now heads up the Accounting and Finance division for all of Ireland with a strong and growing team of specialist recruiters in place. The team work with a cross section of clients from SME’s, Public Sector to Global Multinationals and household names. Bernadette having recruited within Senior Level appointments is a focused and detail driven professional, and she has developed her team to work in the same way.

The key to being a strong recruiter is knowledge, understanding and always looking for ways to help clients. Having obtained an honours degree in Sociology from Kingston University in the UK – Bernadette knew her next move. Recruitment! – help people get jobs and change people’s lives where you can.
