Briffa
Sheryl joined FRS Recruitment in 2018 as a Compliance Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in establishing and shaping the compliance department for the healthcare recruitment team over three and a half years.
After gaining further industry experience, Sheryl re-joined FRS in 2024 as the Head of Operational Compliance and Administration. In this role, she focuses on developing, implementing and monitoring compliance frameworks while ensuring seamless operational standards.
Sheryl oversees compliance across all recruitment frameworks and RPO's that FRS Recruitment operates under, ensuring that documentation, vetting, regulatory obligations and audit requirements are fully met. She works closely with recruitment teams and clients to maintain high compliance standards while supporting efficient placement processes.
With over 10 years of experience in the immigration and employment permit sector, Sheryl has developed extensive expertise in work permit applications, visa processes and regulatory requirements. She regularly liaises with relevant government departments and authorities to support both clients and candidates through complex immigration processes.

Sheryl also collaborates closely with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
