Pauline has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and commercial leadership, with a strong focus on tech and SaaS businesses across EMEA and APAC.
Having worked in-house at high-growth companies including Criteo, Quantcast, Sojern, and Oracle, Pauline brings a rare dual perspective, she has built and scaled recruitment functions from scratch, and led sales development teams, giving her a deep understanding of what great GTM and commercial talent looks like at every level.
