Having spent years on the front line as healthcare assistant/phlebotomist I know exactly what makes a great healthcare professional, compassion, resilience and technical skill. I'm been in fast based environment, managed patient care and understand the pressure of the ward. While I loved patient care I saw a gap companies needed who understand the day-to day realities of the staff they are hiring. To bridge this gap I earned my diploma in human resources. Now, I leverage my clinical background and HR expertise to connect exceptional healthcare talent.
