FRS Recruitment launch '70 Minutes of Summer'

Admin • August 4, 2021

Following on from our successful partnership with GAAGO last year, FRS Recruitment is delighted to be working with the GAA again for the 2021 Championship season.

The first part of this year’s campaign has just been launched, entitled ’70 Minutes of an Irish Summer’.

In keeping with the premise of our #70MinsofHome campaign, the video aims to invoke the nostalgic view of all that an Irish summer entails.
- The waves lapping on the shore
- The blustery shores
- Kids playing in the sea or jumping over the waves
- The candyfloss and melted ice cream
- Fish and chips
- The BBQ, regardless of the weather!
- The meadows of wildflowers
- The peat neatly collected in the bog.
- The strawberries for sale on the side of the road
- The local GAA action
- And lots more…

You can watch the video here

The #70MinutesofHome campaign is aimed at helping the Irish diaspora to feel a little closer to home while they stream the thrilling Gaelic Games action through GAAGO. We want to bring a little slice of life back in Ireland to those who reside on foreign shores.

Our aim is to connect with Irish people scattered across the globe and to remind them of all that life back in Ireland has to offer. We hope that any member of the Irish community who may be considering a return to Ireland will be encouraged to explore the many great job opportunities that are available to them back home through FRS Recruitment.

Segments of ’70 Minutes of an Irish Summer’ will be broadcast through the GAAGO platform over the coming weeks, to be followed by further material later this summer. They will be shown before the various matches as well as at half time.
