FRS Recruitment partners with Aoibhneas to support expansion of vital domestic abuse services

FRS Recruitment has partnered with Aoibhneas to deliver a major Recruitment and mobilisation programme supporting the expansion of Aoibhneas’ services for women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

Under the four-month Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programme, a dedicated FRS Recruitment will support Aoibhneas in recruiting approximately 35 new team members across a range of roles including Social Care, Facilities, Housekeeping and Business Support.

Aoibhneas provides safe accommodation and specialist support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse. The recruitment programme will help build the teams required to support the organisation as it expands its services and increases access to specialist support for women, children and families.

As part of the partnership, a dedicated FRS team is working as an embedded extension of Aoibhneas, providing end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation support. This includes candidate attraction and sourcing, screening and assessment, interview coordination, offer management, pre-employment compliance and onboarding support.

The partnership brings together Aoibhneas’ extensive experience in delivering specialist domestic abuse services with FRS Recruitment’s national recruitment reach, specialist healthcare and social care recruitment expertise, and proven expertise in delivering large-scale and project-based workforce solutions.

Lynne McCormack, General Manager, FRS Recruitment

“We are delighted to have been selected by Aoibhneas to support this important programme. This is about much more than filling vacancies. Aoibhneas is building teams that will provide critical services to women and children, so finding people with the right experience, values and commitment is central to the success of the project."

“Our RPO model allows us to work as a genuine extension of the Aoibhneas team, combining our recruitment expertise, national candidate reach and specialist healthcare and social care capability with a highly focused, values-led approach to recruitment. We are very proud to be supporting Aoibhneas as it expands its services.”

The partnership reflects the continued growth of FRS Recruitment’s RPO offering, which supports organisations with embedded, long term and project-based, recruitment teams and tailored workforce solutions across a range of sectors including healthcare, social care and not-for-profit sectors, while retaining a strong focus on candidate quality, stakeholder engagement and measurable recruitment outcomes.

Recruitment for the Aoibhneas programme is now underway, with FRS Recruitment and Aoibhneas working closely to attract and appoint people with the skills, experience and values required to support the delivery of Aoibhneas’ expanding services.

Emma Reidy, CEO, Aoibhneas

“The expansion of our services represents an important development for Aoibhneas and, most importantly, for the women and children who need access to safe accommodation and specialist support."

“Recruiting the right people is fundamental to delivering these services to the standard we expect. We wanted a recruitment partner that understood both the scale of the project and the importance of attracting people who share our values and commitment to supporting women and children. We look forward to working closely with FRS Recruitment throughout the programme.”
