For Richard, recruitment is all about building long term relationships, being up-front and above all responding. With clients, he sees FRS as the first step in the candidate journey, valuing a close partnership with employers as a way of understanding their brand, culture and the people who make up the business.

For candidates, Richard's aim is to get to know the people outside of the CV so that he can help them find a team fit, not just a technical one.
