After many years in the Customer Service industry, Antonia decided to make a change due to Covid-19 and start her recruitment career in 2020. Since then, she has acted as a Key Account Manger to build a successful Social Care Recruitment business in her last employment.

Antonia is passionate about getting involved in the community by offering workshops on CV building, successful job searching, and interview preparation along with acting as a guest speaker at colleges/events to provide relevant market insights and advise.

Antonia is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with our Allied Health Division at FRS Recruitment, bringing her extensive market knowledge of the Healthcare Sector and passion in fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and aspirations. With a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, she thrives on identifying and matching the right people with the right opportunities.
