FRS Recruitment's 2023 Review & 2024 Trend Forecast predicts an 8% growth in employment opportunities in 2024, with strong demand in Accounting, Insurance, Engineering, Science, Construction, Cybersecurity, and Social Care.

Salary pressure is expected to persist. In 2023, FRS recorded 88,964 opportunities, with a 32% rise in average applications. Job opportunities declined in most counties but rose in six, notably in the North-West.

Despite challenges in 2023, the report anticipates a steady rise in opportunities, especially for skilled personnel. Temporary roles, particularly in manufacturing and customer service, are increasing, and upward salary pressure persists.
