We're looking for a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Technician to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team where your skills, ideas and attention to detail will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
- CNC Programming and Nesting: Use CAD/CAM software, such as SigmaNEST, to create efficient CNC programmes and nesting layouts.
- Engineering Drawings: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications accurately.
- Production Planning: Prepare CNC nesting programmes, saw-cut lists, production lists and material requisitions.
- Workshop Support: Print, organise and issue engineering drawings and production documentation to the workshop floor.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to improve machining efficiency, material utilisation and workflow.
- Quality and Traceability: Maintain accurate records and production data to ensure full product traceability.
- Organisation and Coordination: Ensure all documentation and production requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SigmaNEST, ProNest, Alphacam or similar.
- A background in CNC programming, machine setup or operation.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience managing production documentation, data entry and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
