Paul is an experienced IT recruitment specialist with over 10 years’ experience delivering talent solutions across a broad range of industries. He has successfully recruited at all levels, from senior executives and director-level appointments to hands-on technical roles including software developers and data professionals across IT, retail, accounting, and financial services.

Having also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant within a global financial services organisation, Paul brings an in-house perspective and a strong understanding of stakeholder management and strategic hiring. He now specialises in Data recruitment, supporting clients across Ireland and internationally in securing high-calibre talent.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys soccer, GAA, and staying active in the gym.
