2022 - Employment Insights Report

The FRS Recruitment Employment Insights Report 2022 captures a return of confidence to the market as the economy and society put the pandemic behind them.

The outlook for employees and candidates is very upbeat and they believe they are on a strong footing when it comes to their employment status and opportunities.

While the vast majority of employers are looking to hire, the shift in market is also creating challenges, with employers finding increased pressure on salary expectations, greater staff attrition and more difficulty securing enough applicants for open vacancies.

This year’s survey was conducted in April 2022. Respondents were a mixture of employers, employees, and candidates across Ireland, as well as Irish people based in other countries.
