Role: Weekend Support Worker
Posts: Part-Time - Permanent (Pro-rata) - 16 Hours (8 hours daily) and bank holidays
Salary: Point 1 - €36,448 (Pro-rata) per annum
Location: North Dublin/ Finglas Based
FRS Recruitment, in partnership with Aoibhneas, are seeking Weekend Support Workers to provide safety, security and supports to women and children resident in Aoibhneas at weekends and bank holidays. This role involves operating the 24 Hour Refuge Helpline, providing emergency accommodation and practical supports.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years relevant work experience working in a social care setting
- Knowledge and understanding of domestic violence and issues affecting women and children experiencing domestic violence.
- Flexibility/Adaptability.
- Integrity, Dependability.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Conflict management skills.
