Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tallaght, Dublin 24 (In Person)

Salary: €40,000 - €46,000 per annum + DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee their daily warehouse operations in Tallaght. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

• Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Workflow Management: Schedule staff, assign tasks, and manage shifting workflow priorities.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure the proper storage and handling of all goods.

• Health & Safety: Enforce strict safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and management teams to ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Leadership: Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.

• Equipment: Ability to operate (or train staff on) warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.

• Physical: Comfortable working on your feet in a dynamic environment.
