The Role
A well-established motor industry business in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role. You will manage vehicle administration from purchase through to sale, including taxing and registration duties, while also providing backup support for other administrative functions within the business.
Please note: This role requires previous automotive / motor industry administration experience. Applications without relevant motor industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vehicle administration (purchases, sales invoicing, stock records, taxation, registration)
- Process VRT, vehicle licensing, and associated compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate vehicle files and stock control records
- Operate dealer management systems (Keyloop / Kerridge essential)
- Liaise with sales team, service department, and external agencies
- Act as front-of-house reception support when required
- Handle customer queries professionally in a fast-paced dealership environment
Essential Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven experience in vehicle administration within the motor industry
- Hands-on experience processing vehicle purchases, sales, taxing, and registration
- Strong working knowledge of Keyloop and/or Kerridge dealer management systems
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume documentation
