Our client is seeking a Utility Surveyor to join their growing Utilities & Infrastructure team based in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a broad range of infrastructure projects throughout the Dublin region, including utility installations, electrical infrastructure upgrades, road improvement schemes, bus infrastructure developments, public lighting projects and water infrastructure works. Current and upcoming works include projects delivered under local authority infrastructure frameworks, utility diversion works, road and footpath upgrades, cycle infrastructure, traffic management improvements and associated civil engineering projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you will play a key role in identifying, locating and mapping underground services prior to construction activities commencing. This information is critical to the safe and efficient delivery of projects and helps ensure that existing utilities are accurately recorded and protected throughout the construction process.
The role offers a good mix of both field and office-based responsibilities, working Monday to Friday. Time will be split between active project sites across Dublin and the company's South Dublin office, where survey information will be processed and developed into detailed utility drawings and records.
Experience working within the Irish or UK construction market would be highly advantageous.
