Treasury Manager – New Business Origination

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to drive new business origination within a dynamic Treasury & Risk Solutions team. This role focuses on acquiring and onboarding corporate and institutional clients for FX, interest rate, and commodity hedging solutions. You’ll convert opportunities into active clients, deliver tailored treasury solutions, and contribute to team growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Originate, acquire, and onboard clients requiring treasury solutions.

Present complex treasury products confidently and convert leads into active clients.

Collaborate with credit, compliance, onboarding, and product teams.

Support team KPIs and mentor colleagues where relevant.

Promote multi-product solutions and follow up on client engagement initiatives.
