Trainee Managers - Donegal/Sligo/Leitrim/Mayo
The role will be varied, but the main duties include:
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.
- Lead, support and motivate the team, including Junior Management.
- Ensure strong merchandising, presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor sales, gross profit, stock levels and budgets.
- Oversee ordering, stocktaking and department performance.
- Ensure all operational, Health & Safety and company standards are followed.
- Conduct staff meetings and support ongoing training and development.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
