Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients (phone and in-person)
- Managing general administration (post, scanning, document processing)
- Supporting accounts tasks (payments, receipts, credit control)
- Assisting with renewals and client documentation
- Handling inbound and outbound client queries
- Supporting overall customer service and business growth initiatives
