Key Responsibilities

Trade Customer Focus: Build and nurture strong working relationships with electricians, contractors, and trade professionals who rely on our counter daily.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of four staff members, effectively delegating daily duties to ensure peak efficiency.

Stock & Warehouse Management: Oversee the warehouse and store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels of electrical supplies are maintained at all times to meet trade demands.

Quoting & Tenders: Prepare accurate quotes for tenders and general customer jobs, collaborating closely with sales representatives to secure the best pricing strategy.

Communications: Ensure all incoming customer and supplier emails are managed and responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements & Qualifications

Extensive Experience: Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry and in a supervisory or management role is highly required.

Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical products, trade requirements, and the needs of working electricians.

Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks, from inventory control to customer quotations and staff management.
