Our client, a leading manufacturer of motion control systems, is seeking an Electronic Test Technician to join their team. This role focuses on testing, debugging, and ensuring the quality of electronic products across production.
Candidate Profile
- Level 6+ qualification in Electronics or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in electronic testing and debugging, ideally in a regulated/ISO9001 environment
- Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics, including PCBs, motor controllers, and microprocessors
- Skilled in reading schematics, layout drawings, and assembly drawings
- Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, & function generators
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and test electronic products according to schematics and procedures
- Test and debug PCBs, motor controllers, and electronic systems
- Perform failure analysis and provide feedback to production and engineering teams
- Maintain accurate test documentation and records
- Support knowledge sharing and training within the technician team
