Temporary General Administrator – Sandyford (Potential Permanent Opportunity)
FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary General Administrator for a busy office-based role in Sandyford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a varied administrative position.
This role is at first offered on a 2–3 month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound telephone calls and general enquiries
- Order entry and processing on internal systems
- Preparing dispatch notes and invoicing
- Updating incoming payments and account information
- Packing and dispatching outgoing orders
- Unpacking and checking incoming deliveries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong PC skills and confidence learning new systems
- Experience with order processing, invoicing, or accounts admin is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently or alongside one other team member
Experience using Bright Books would be beneficial, but training will be provided, so the key requirement is someone who is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
Location: Sandyford
Contract: Temporary (2–3 months) with potential for permanency
Hours: Office-based
