Technical Writer/Content Specialist : Munster
I am working with my client in their search for an experienced Technical Writer/Content Specialist to join the Release team where you will be creating content for new releases, new features and updates of my client’s SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing documentation and training materials for software releases, including release notes, user guides, guided tours, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product updates and align content delivery with release schedules.
- Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions to support user adoption across regions.
- Continuously improve content based on user feedback and product changes while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Manage and maintain an organised content library for ongoing reference and reuse.
You will have a proven track record within a technical writing, and/or software content creating role, experience within a software company would be advantageous.
This is an urgent role and the Release Manager is giving same day feedback and I have interview slots for this week and next.
