Technical Sales Manager
Are you an engineer or technical sales professional with experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, control systems, industrial infrastructure, manufacturing, or technical equipment sales ?
We're partnering with a leading international engineering business looking for a Technical Sales Manager to develop existing customer relationships and deliver solution-led sales across a broad range of industrial customers.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer challenges and recommend technical solutions
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and IT stakeholders
- Develop opportunities within key accounts
- Manage projects from initial discussion through to close
What We're Looking For
- Engineering, electrical, automation, industrial, or manufacturing background
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, applications engineering, or account management
- Ability to engage confidently with engineers and technical decision-makers
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
