A leading advisory and accountancy firm is seeking a Tax Specialist to join its growing tax team. This is a strong opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working across a varied client base and wants exposure to both compliance and advisory work within a supportive, collaborative environment.
This role will suit someone looking to deepen their technical expertise while building strong client relationships and progressing within a structured and well-regarded firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or personal tax clients
- Prepare and review tax computations and returns across a range of tax heads
- Support senior team members on advisory projects, including structuring, reorganisations and planning
- Provide clear, practical tax advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and filing deadlines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Liaise with Revenue and other external bodies where required
- Keep up to date with changes in Irish tax legislation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Candidate Profile
- Qualified tax professional (AITI / CTA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in a practice environment, ideally with exposure to a broad client base
- Strong technical knowledge across Irish tax
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
