FRS Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading professional services organisation with a strong presence across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Tax Advisor to join their team in Claremorris, Co. Mayo.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax professional with accountancy practice experience to join a supportive and established team, work directly with clients and develop their career across a broad range of tax advisory and compliance services.
🔹 The Role
As Tax Advisor, you will:
- Manage and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
- Deliver a full range of tax compliance and advisory services.
- Provide support to Senior Accountants on technical tax queries.
- Liaise directly with Revenue on client matters.
- Advise clients across a broad range of Irish taxation matters.
- Analyse and resolve client tax issues in a proactive and commercially focused manner.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider organisation.
🔹 What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- CTA/AITI qualification.
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Irish taxation.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a professional services environment.
