This is a 6-month contract role, with flexibility around working arrangements (2–3 days per week or full-time).

About the role:

Our client, with established locations in Terenure and Sandymount, is now entering an exciting growth phase with the launch of a flagship restaurant in Dublin City. They are now seeking a Talent Partner to support the business through a critical growth and mobilisation phase. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role centred on attracting, hiring, onboarding, and supporting a high-performing team for the new flagship location.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful store launch from a people perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for approximately 25 front-of-house and back-of-house team members (full-time and part-time)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a strong employee experience
  • Coordinate and organise training sessions for new hires
  • Prepare training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide administrative support across attraction and recruitment activities
  • Liaise with external HR partners to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Support the team during store opening, including on-site presence and re-training where required
  • Attend weekly mobilisation meetings

About You

  • A proactive, self-starting individual who can operate independently and deliver results
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A “hands-on” mindset with a willingness to get involved at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, or HR support.
