Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for extension)

My client is a multinational manufacturing company based in Cork, producing cutting-edge, environmentally friendly cooling solutions for global tech giants, including large-scale data centers like Meta. With 140 staff across two Cork facilities, they are known for quality, reliability, and mission-critical support to blue-chip clients worldwide.
The Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and inventory control. You will manage a small procurement team, act as ERP/MRP champion, and ensure efficient, compliant, and sustainable supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and onboarding of new suppliers
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and demand forecasting
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity
- Track KPIs and use data to optimise performance and reduce costs
- Integrate sustainability into procurement and supply chain processes
Requirements for the Procurement Manager
- Proven experience in supply chain and procurement leadership, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong ERP/MRP and inventory management knowledge
- Skilled in supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Passion for sustainability and responsible supply chain practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
