An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Graduate to join my client, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Co. Tipperary
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Graduate will play an important role within the operations team, gaining hands-on experience across supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory, customer service and distribution. This role works closely with teams across the business, including Planning, Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT and Quality.

The duties for the Supply Chain Graduate include but are not limited to:
- Processing and managing customer sales orders through the company’s systems.
- Coordinating domestic and export collections and supporting load optimisation.
- Managing stock movements across Ireland and the UK.
- Liaising with customers, distribution centres, suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinating inbound raw material deliveries and outbound product shipments.
- Preparing shipping documentation, including ASNs, customs declarations, Export Health Certificates and IPAFFS declarations.
- Managing returnable packaging and stock movements between sites and third-party locations.
- Working closely with the Dispatch team to ensure deliveries and shipments are completed efficiently.
- Preparing daily reports and reconciling supply chain and inventory information.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving shipment or inventory issues.
- Attending daily planning and logistics meetings and contributing to operational discussions.
The requirements for the desired Supply Chain Graduate include:
- A third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline is essential
- Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
- Previous industry experience would be an advantage, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
