Supermarket Manager – Co. Clare

Our client, a successful retail group, is seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager to lead a busy store in Clare.

This is a hands-on management role for a commercially focused leader who can drive sales, manage costs, develop teams and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day performance of the store.
• Drive sales, gross profit and profitability against targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the management and store teams.
• Maintain excellent customer service, merchandising and store standards.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, wages and budgets.
• Work closely with the Fresh Food Manager to maximise performance.
• Ensure compliance with company, Health and Safety and operational standards.
