Job Title: Staff Grade Occupational Therapist
Location: South Dublin (onsite)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37 hours per week

Overview
A well-established specialist mental health service is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. The service provides care and support to adults with complex and enduring mental health needs, including highly specialised services in a niche clinical area.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a progressive, person-centred service focused on delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services in line with professional and regulatory standards
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement and evaluate interventions
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Contribute to clinical governance and service development initiatives
  • Ensure services are delivered within a compliant and efficient framework
  • Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Eligible for membership of AOTI
  • CORU registration (or in progress)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to maintain clinical documentation
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
