Our client is currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join on a full-time basis with flexible working arrangements available. The successful candidate will be confident managing a substantial caseload of property transactions and will be committed to delivering a high standard of client service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Oversee all stages of the conveyancing process including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title
- Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise regularly with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, and opposing solicitors
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service delivery
Experience & Skills
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a busy and fast-moving caseload
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Flexible approach to working hours considered a strong advantage
