Site Manager – New Commercial Project

A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new commercial construction project in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and deliver a high-quality project from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout all stages of construction.
Requirements
- At least 5 year's experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience delivering commercial projects in Ireland.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Construction-related degree, diploma, or trade background.
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects.
