Site Manager – Externals & Finishing Stage
📍 County Wicklow / South Leinster
€80,000 – €90,000 + package
An experienced Site Manager is required for a high-quality construction project currently at externals, façade, and public realm stage. The structure is complete, and multiple subcontract packages are active on site.
This is a hands-on role with full site management responsibility, with particular emphasis on external works.
Key Responsibilities
Generally responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Management of own staff and all trades on site
- Coordination of cranes, telehandlers, mobile plant, scaffolding, and all site equipment
- Oversight of groundworks, drainage, roads, footpaths, gabions, landscaping, and public realm works
- Management of windows, stone cladding, insulated render, roofing, and façade works
- Planning, sequencing, drawing review, call-off of materials, and all site logistics
- Maintaining daily site diaries, progress reporting, and H&S compliance
- Essentially all aspects of site management, with strong focus on external and finishing works
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong background in externals, façade systems, and finishing stages
- Experience managing multiple subcontract packages simultaneously
- Ability to run a busy site independently and drive quality outcomes
