Key Responsibilities

Full site management and day-to-day operations

Managing subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification

Liaising with project management, engineers, and design teams

Maintaining site records, programmes, and reporting
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
-
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
-
Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to handover
-
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
