The Role
This is a hands-on site forman position, responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme on live civil engineering sites.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise site operatives and subcontractors

Plan and coordinate daily site activities

Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality

Deliver toolbox talks and daily briefings
-
Liaise with site management and report on progress

Manage labour, plant, and materials on site
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Ganger or Site Foreman in civil engineering

Strong background in bridges, rail, or heavy civils
-
Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams

Excellent understanding of health & safety on site

Ability to work across multiple locations
