Key Responsibilities

Supervising site crews and subcontractors on civil engineering and reinstatement works

Managing daily site activities and short-term planning of works
-
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
-
Coordinating plant, materials, and labour on site
-
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
-
Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and local stakeholders as required
-
Completing site records, daily diaries, and progress reporting
-
Ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards and company procedures
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Site Foreman / Ganger / Supervisor within civil engineering or utilities
-
Strong knowledge of reinstatement works, utilities, and roadway projects
-
Experience working on live roads or utility environments is advantageous
-
Ability to read and work from drawings and method statements
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Commitment to health & safety best practice
Desirable (but not essential)

Experience on WWPS or wastewater infrastructure projects
-
Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant site tickets
-
Experience working under NEC or similar contracts
