Coffee Machine Service Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Coffee Machine Service Technician to join a growing and well-established service team supporting customers across Ireland.

This is a full-time, permanent role suited to a motivated individual with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

As a Coffee Machine Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Following a designated service route to customer locations nationwide.

• Carrying out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and installations of coffee machines and related equipment.

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.

• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Managing van stock and ensuring parts are replenished as required.

• Providing professional and friendly customer service at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience servicing coffee machines or similar equipment.

• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing systems.

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

• A flexible approach to travel, working hours, and customer requirements.

• A full, clean Category B driving licence.
