The Role
An opportunity is available for a Service Technician to provide technical service and repair support to customers using industry-leading turfcare equipment. The focus of this role is delivering high-quality workmanship, achieving a strong first-time fix rate, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Service and repair Toro and other manufacturer's equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

Respond to daily service requirements as directed

Maintain accurate service records and job sheets

Escalate complex issues when required

Ensure safe working practices on-site and in the workshop

Process parts requirements efficiently

Attend relevant product and technical training
Experience & Skills
-
Experience with golf course or turfcare equipment desirable

Fitters/Mechanics with hydraulic experience encouraged to apply

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Process-driven with attention to detail

Customer-focused with good communication skills
