This is a B2B role dealing directly with Dealer Networks and offering expert technical advice and customer experience.
For this role, you will come with a strong technical background in Agri Machinery. Previous experience in agri mechanics and precision technology will be a distinct advantage.
This is an exciting role for an experienced service technician or agri mechanic that is motivated, with a proven track record and strong communication abilities.

Role:
- Diagnostic and technical support to the dealer
- Provide training to dealer service technicians
- Processing of warranty claims
- Drive standard improvements
- Demonstration support on farm
- Support at shows and events
Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in Service Management of tractors
- Time served qualified agri mechanic
- Strong knowledge of tractors and precision technology
- Ability to manage, schedule and prioritise work
- Proactive in problem solving
- Proficient skills in IT
- Excellent time management
- Full clean driver’s license
