Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
Working Hours: Mon-Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: €32k - €34k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Killarney, Co. Kerry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, or repair.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry using dealership systems
- Assist customers with booking service and repair appointments
- Support the preparation and explanation of job cards, estimates, and invoices
- Communicate with workshop staff to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- A strong interest in the motor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Full on-the-job training provided.
