SENIOR OR STAFF GRADE PODIATRIST/CHIROPODIST
The FRS Allied Health Team is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Podiatrist to join t he HSE’s Community Healthcare Network supporting adult patients across Sligo / South Donegal.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative Podiatry team, manage a high risk cohort of patients and provide a quality, person centered, evidence based service to meet the needs of service users.
The successful candidate will primarily be based in Sligo Town, with some travel required to Ballyshannon.
Location:
Sligo (with travel to Ballyshannon)
Contract:
Full-Time, Temporary Fixed-Term (Contract to be reviewed every 3 months)
Salary:
€44,000 – €75,000 (DOE, aligned with HSE scale)
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive podiatry assessment and treatment to adult patients

Provide specialist care for patients with people with high risk foot complications and patients with active foot disease.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure best-practice outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
Essential Requirements
-
Degree or Master’s qualification in Podiatry / Chiropody

CORU registration (essential)

Experience working in a similar clinical setting

Full driving licence and access to own transport (due to travel requirement)
