FRS Recruitment are working with a leading Waterford developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an extensive pipeline of projects across Waterford City and County.
The initial project is expected to be a major hotel redevelopment in Waterford City, offering something quite different from a standard new-build project. The development will involve the complete transformation of an existing older hotel into a modern, high-quality hospitality development, while incorporating and working around important heritage elements.
The project will include extensive structural and refurbishment works, and a full-scale remodel across five floors, providing an interesting and technically varied project from initial works through to final fit-out and completion. Importantly, this will be the contractor's own development, providing strong involvement and ownership throughout the delivery process.
Beyond this project, the company has a very strong pipeline across Waterford City and County, including private and public housing, innovative commercial developments, leisure projects and further major construction works.
