Salary: €80k - €100k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital, refurbishment, maintenance and estates projects across the Kerry region.
As the Senior Project Manager you will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed budgets, timelines, quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead building, refurbishment, minor works and maintenance projects.
- Manage design teams, consultants, contractors and procurement processes.
- Develop project briefs, programmes, specifications, budgets and contract documentation.
- Monitor project costs, progress, risks and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant planning, building, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide project reporting to senior management.
- Oversee maintenance programmes, property-related activities, fire safety and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Manage commissioning, handover and ongoing maintenance arrangements.
Requirements
- Level 8 or higher qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, or equivalent professional qualification/membership.
- Full professional membership of SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland or RIAI, where applicable.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in project management, construction, building services, design or maintenance.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and commercial/contract management skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
