Job Title: Senior Podiatrist

Contract: Temporary, full time

FRS Recruitment are seeking an experienced, CORU registered Podiatrist to work in a hospital environment on a temporary basis. This is a Maternity leave cover position. The post is full time, 35 hours a week.
Essential Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Podiatry.
- Active CORU registration.
- Active working right in Ireland.
Essential Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years post graduate experience to meet eligibility to apply for a Senior level role.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in lower limb musculoskeletal assessment and gait analysis, including computerised gait analysis and evaluation of plantar pressures.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in prescription and fitting of orthotic devices, casting techniques and provision of off-loading devices.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of working in specialist clinics or using specialist skills in general clinics in the care of the following client groups: Rheumatoid arthritis/ chronic disease, high risk diabetes, chronic neuropathy, vascular diseases, wound management/tissue viability, biomechanics.
