We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team supporting adults across residential, rehabilitation, and sub- acute services in Munster. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a person- centred environment with diverse and complex caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programmes.

Conduct functional, cognitive, hand, and seating assessments, providing recommendations to enhance independence and quality of life.

Collaborate with service users, families, carers, and colleagues to deliver holistic care.

Plan and support discharge or transition between services as appropriate.

Maintain high- quality documentation, reports, and communication in line with professional standards.

Participate in service development, quality assurance, audits, and evidence- based practice initiatives.

Uphold ethical and professional standards, confidentiality, and legislation relevant to Occupational Therapy practice.
Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy; overseas qualifications must be validated.

Minimum 2 years post- graduate experience.

Current CORU registration.

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligible to work in Ireland.
Desirable:
-
Experience across nursing home, ABI, or sub- acute services.

Familiarity with evidence- based practice frameworks and outcome measurement.
