I’m currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a senior hire within their structured credit function.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in originating and structuring Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) and securitisation transactions across European banking clients.
The Opportunity
This role sits within a high-performing team and involves working across the full transaction lifecycle — from client engagement and origination through to structuring, credit input, and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver complex structured credit solutions.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in SRT, securitisation, or structured credit markets
✔ Strong understanding of credit risk and transaction structuring
✔ Proven ability to engage with or originate clients within European banking markets
✔ Experience gained within banking, insurance, asset management, or rating agencies
✔ Exposure as an issuer, investor, or advisor
✔ Solid knowledge of banking regulation and capital frameworks
