Senior Lettings Agent required for a Dublin-based property developer and operator with more than 20 years of collective property sector experience. The business works across the full lifecycle of an asset, from development and deal management through to letting, property management and financial reporting.
The Role
As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lease-up of new residential developments while managing day-to-day lettings activity across an established portfolio. You will work closely with residents, clients, accounts, maintenance and property management colleagues to maintain high occupancy levels and deliver an excellent resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full residential lettings cycle, from enquiry through to move-in.
- Lead lease-up activity for new residential developments.
- Conduct property tours, present apartments and negotiate rents.
- Manage tenant selection, referencing, onboarding and lease execution.
- Manage re-lets and ensure vacant units are returned to market efficiently.
- Carry out rent reviews in line with current legislation.
- Manage licence renewals and statutory compliance requirements.
- Conduct property inspections and condition reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, clients and landlords.
- Work closely with accounts, maintenance and property management teams.
- Provide regular client reporting and portfolio updates.
- Build relationships with relevant organisations, including technology and finance companies and third-level institutions.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
Who are you
- Previous experience in residential lettings, property management or a closely related property role.
- PSRA Category C Licence.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and solution-focused.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
