The Role
An established legal firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to partners and solicitors. This role requires a strong legal background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing comprehensive secretarial support to partners and senior solicitors
• Advanced audio and copy typing of legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence
• Managing complex diaries, court dates, and deadlines
• Preparing and filing legal documents in line with court procedures
• Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and external stakeholders
• Managing confidential information with a high level of discretion
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Legal Secretary within a law firm

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong IT skills, including legal case management systems (advantageous)
